In 2009 my focus moved into the senior/aging services sector; applying my strategic marketing and communications expertise in helping businesses develop distinctive ways to position and distinguish their products, services, communities, and technologies in this exploding marketplace.

When my focus turned to the senior sector I became a networking maximist, if there is such a word (there is not). This brought me into collaborations and work for and with 2Sisters Senior Living Advisors, Senior Helpers of Boston, Boundless Options, LLC and countless other professionals managing the healthcare ecosystem in New England.

My heart and soul was nurtured in the world of communications, where I have held positions as lowly as a copy/contact to running accounts for major brands. I blog, I present, and today I am adept at deploying AI when it matters. The power of communications can never be underrated and its value must always be given its due.

My parents met when one was a millinery buyer, the other worked footwear. I met my husband working in the advertising department at the famous Jordan Marsh Boston. The customer is always right.

What does not involve technology? Staying alongside of it requires capacity to understand how market research and now, an AI strategy fit into the organizational DNA.

Spending more than 5 years on the Board of Boston-based Rogerson Communities was the perfect timing of purpose and passion being on the same page.
